Shipping
For a domestic customers: Shipping fees vary by region and product, so they are listed on each product page. Shipping is free for orders over 3,980 yen (excluding tax), except for some regions.
For a international customers: Please contact us before make an order.
Payment Fees
Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees when choosing that payment method.
Validity Period of Applications
Except for back orders, if payment is not received within 7 days after ordering, the application will be cancelled.

Product Delivery Time
Products in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. However, for products requiring assembly, such as tire and wheel sets, and for items that must be ordered from the manufacturer, we will contact you individually with the shipping schedule.
Returns
Returns Due to Product Defects
Please contact us with photos or other evidence of the defect. We will inquire with the manufacturer on your behalf and inform you of the course of action.
If a product is returned without prior contact, we may not be able to accept it.
We cannot provide support other than product returns or exchanges (such as covering labor costs or rental car expenses).
Return Deadline
Please contact us within one week of product arrival.
Important: For international customers. The ability to return orders from outside the Japan depends on the case. Even in instances where returns are not possible, our company does not assume responsibility.
